WinWon gives you the flexibility to organize and highlight the recruit information that’s most important to you. One of the most powerful ways to do this is by customizing the Overview section on each recruit’s profile.

The Recruit Overview is your personalized snapshot of each recruit. Once you customize it for one profile, that same layout applies to all recruits—just for you. It’s fully unique to your user account, so each coach or staff member can configure their own Overview to reflect what matters most to them in the recruiting process.

How to Customize the Overview

• Use the pencil/edit icon to update values in existing fields

• Use the three-dot menu to:

  • Add more fields to the overview

  • Rearrange the order of fields

  • Remove fields that aren’t relevant to you
