Organize and track your prospects throughout every step of the recruiting process.
Setting Recruiting Stages
Recruiting stages in WinWon are designed to help coaches and administrators stay
organized throughout the recruiting process. By assigning a stage to each prospective student-athlete, you can easily track where they are in the pipeline and ensure no one falls through the cracks.
Recruiting stages act as a signal of progress — from initial contact all the way to a commitment — and provide visibility into your recruiting funnel at both the individual and team level.
Where to Set Recruiting Stages
Recruiting stages can be managed in two primary places within the Recruiting module:
-
Recruit Table – Update stages directly from the list of all recruits.

-
Recruit Profile – Adjust the stage within an individual recruit’s profile.

Both options allow you to keep athlete records current and ensure your staff is aligned on next steps.
